Abstract: Design for X(DFX) is the key technology in concurrent engineering. Design For Cost (DFC) is a branch in DFX. DFC is a design method which analyze and evaluate a product’s life cycle cost (LCC), then modify the design to reduce the LCC. In order to realize DFC, some key technologies were proposed: LCC model; design result’s evaluation and generation of design suggestions; integration of DFC and other DFX methods. DFC’s conceptual model included deisgn tools, LCC estimation methods base, feture mapping and decision-making support system. Using Group Technology and feature modeling technology, a general concept model of DFC was developed at the detail design stage. The Activity-Based Costing (ABC) method was used to estimate product LCC in the conceptual model. Finally, a structure of LCC estimation methods base was established using agents. It can be used to estimate the LCC of mechanical parts and products.

Abstract: Design for environment (DFE) or Design For Cost (DFC) is one of the branches in DFX. Both of them concern some product life cycle factors in design. The former emphasis is greenness or environmental protection; the later emphasis is life cycle cost (LCC). Using DFE, LCC must be considered. Using DFC, environmental protection must be also considered. By analysis of the relationship between DFE and DFC, the method that integrated them can be found. Namely, LCC estimation methods can be used in DFE; Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) can be used in DFC; the other way is that design is evaluated using Design Compatibility Analysis (DCA) in DFX.

Abstract:In order to fulfill the product concurrent design requirements of discrete manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forth for the first time a Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) oriented X2D (X to Design) theory, which can take Collaboration, Commerce and Concurrence (3C) into realization during the product design stage. At the same time, this research adopts VPN (Virtual Private Network) technique to ensure the security of product data and information during transportation. By building CPC oriented and VPN based framework of X2D product concurrent design system, the paper explores a way for discrete enterprises adapting to the drastically competitive market and performing their product innovation.

內容摘要:DFC(Design For Cost)是DFX方法的一個分支,本文選擇客戶關系管理(CRM)、企業資源計劃(ERP)、全生命周期管理(PLM)與DFC的關系進行分析,指出CRM可以給DFC提供客戶需求、使用中的成本信息;ERP主要提供企業內部的成本信息,如:材料、庫存等成本信息;PLM可以提供較全面的產品全生命周期信息。通過上述軟件之間的信息集成,達到過程集成。采用的方法是從DFC的角度,通過計算機支持的協同工作系統(CSCW)和軟件公共接口構成的過程集成協調控制器,實現它們之間的信息集成和過程集成。

Abstract:Design For Cost (DFC) is a embranchment of Design For X (DFX). The relationship was gave between DFC and Custom Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Customer need and use cost information can be offered from CRM to DFC; cost information within an enterprise can be offered by ERP to DFC, such as the material cost and stock cost information; PLM can offer more overall product whole life cycle information to DFC. In order to realize information integration and process integration, computer supported cooperative work(CSCW)and open software interface was adopted at the point of DFC.

基于神經網絡集成的家用轎車全生命周期成本估算與性能指標預測

內容摘要:面向成本的設計(DFC-Design For Cost)是從設計的角度降低全生命周期成本(LCC-Life Cycle Cost)的設計方法。從DFC的角度,通過分析得到家用轎車的設計特征主要有外形尺寸、發動機功率、排量等參數,采用基于特征的神經網絡集成方法通過實例計算表明在概念設計階段就可以估算其LCC,為降低其LCC奠定了重要基礎。在計算BP神經網絡權值時分別采用了Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)法和遺傳算法(GA-Genetic algorithm)方法,對兩種方法的計算結果進行了神經網絡集成,集成后的結果更好。最后采用類似方法,對家用轎車的部分性能指標(百公里耗油量和車身質量)進行了預測。

Performance targets and life cycle cost (LCC) estimation of family cars based on the neural network ensemble

Abstract:Design for cost (DFC) is a method that reduce Life cycle cost (LCC) at design stage. From the viewpoint of DFC, the design features of family cars were obtained, such as all dimensions, engine power and emission volume. At conceptual design stage, cars’ LCC were estimated using back propagation (BP) artificial nerve networks (ANN) method based on the features. An example was given. It is an important foundation in order to reduce LCC. Levenberg-Marquardt(LM)and Genetic algorithm (GA) were used to train BP ANN’s weights. GA’s results were better than LM’s results. The results obtained through the adoptions of neural network ensemble are better than simply use GA or LM algorithm. Finally, performance targets (bodywork weight and oil/kilometers ) of family cars were predicted using BP ANN methods.

基于互聯網的全生命周期成本數據倉庫的設計與實現

內容摘要:本文以制造業中產品全生命周期成本數據的網絡收集和基于業務的數據組織方法為研究對象,首先選擇成本收集對象及影響成本的性能指標,然后以.NET作為軟件開發平臺,基于C#網絡編程技術開發了從互聯網可信站點搜索、采集成本數據的軟件系統。再以成本收集對象的特性設計全生命周期成本數據倉庫數據模型,以所獲取的成本數據作為數據倉庫的數據源,建立了數據倉庫。為了保證數據質量,系統已建立初步的數據清理轉換與數據源回溯驗證功能,保證數據倉庫數據的正確性、完整性和實效性。最后,本文以家用轎車為實例,建立了其全生命周期成本數據倉庫,目前已積累近3500款車型30多個月以來30萬條的產品信息及成本數據,驗證了方法的可行性。

The Design and Application of Life Cycle Cost Data Warehouse based-on Web

Abstract:This paper mainly focused on the life cycle cost collection of manufacturing product based on web and data organization methodology according to business requirements. The general features of manufacturing product life cycle cost were analyzed at first while cost collection objects and cost-related product features were chosen. After that, the software system was developed using .NET and C# web programming technique picking up cost data from credible websites in Internet. Then, life cycle cost data warehouse model was designed via features of cost collection object ending up with the establishment of data warehouse system acquiring cost data as data source. Basic data cleaning and data validation function was developed to meet data quality demand referring to data integrality, data authenticity and data time effectiveness. Finally, an exemplification system of family cars was set up successfully assembling 300 thousand plus records about 3500 car models in last 30 months. This proved the method was valid.
